Meta ads, a website built to convert, and an AI front desk that answers every lead in seconds — run for you, month to month, for one flat monthly rate.

1. 1.Billing. $297 per month, charged monthly in advance, plus texting and AI usage billed at cost (typically $10–30/mo). No setup fee and no long-term contract.
2. 2.Guarantee. Full refund of your first monthly payment if you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days — just call or email us, no forms. Ad spend already paid to Meta and usage costs already incurred are not refundable by us.
3. 3.Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your billing portal or by calling (559) 324-9341; service continues to the end of the paid month. Because our platform costs are billed to us monthly, mid-cycle cancellations aren’t prorated or refunded — outside the 30-day guarantee above, the month you’ve paid for is the month you get. You keep your domain and social accounts.
4. 4.Ad accounts. Ads run from your business accounts, which remain yours. You set and control the ad budget.
5. 5.Communication. Digital Attic may call and text you about your account, including automated and AI-assisted messages. Message rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
6. 6.Results. We commit to the work described above. We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
7. 7.Third-party platform. The CRM, pipeline, texting, and AI front desk run on GoHighLevel, a third-party platform, and other third-party services including Meta are used to deliver the advertising. Your account data is stored on those platforms and their availability, features, pricing, and terms are outside our control. We manage the platform on your behalf; we don’t own it, and we aren’t liable for third-party outages or changes. If Meta restricts or disables your ad account, that’s between you and Meta — though we’ll help you appeal.
8. 8.Client responsibilities. Launch timelines start when your intake is complete and account access is granted — we can only move as fast as access allows. You’re responsible for: the accuracy of the business information, offers, and pricing we advertise on your behalf; keeping your Meta ad account and its payment method active and in good standing; responding to the leads and appointments the system books for you; reviewing and approving creative within a few business days; and letting us know when your hours, services, or pricing change. You give us permission to use your logo, photos, and reviews to do the work.
9. 9.Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry. Ads pause after 7 days unpaid; service suspends after 14.
10. 10.Who owns what. Your domain, social accounts, photos, reviews, and customer list are always yours, and you can export your contacts anytime. The website build, ad templates, automations, and AI configuration are our work product; if you cancel, your site can move to our hosting (from $85/mo) or we hand you your content.
11. 11.Your rate. Your rate will not increase while your subscription remains active.
12. 12.Liability & governing law. Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees paid to us in the three months before a claim. This agreement is governed by California law, with venue in Fresno County.
